3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. Custom or final-sale items are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Return and Refund Policy

At MJ Luxe Hair Co., we want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Custom or final-sale items, such as dyed, bleached, pre-styled, or processed hair, cannot be returned. Exchanges for the same product in a different length or texture are allowed, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Verified items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
How to Return: Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return, package the hair securely in its original packaging, and ship it to the address provided by our team. Wait for inspection and confirmation of your refund or exchange.
